I chose Michelle to sell my lot on the recommendation of a relative who lived in the area, whose house she had sold. She was wonderful! She is easy to talk with and never failed to promptly respond to any questions. She not only found a buyer, but because I live out-of-state, she helped me find someone to maintain the lot, she made arrangements to clear up storm damage, and she even followed up on a glitch in those arrangements. I have only good things to say about my experience working with Michelle Gurrera. I must admit that some of my previous experiences with other realtors left me cold, while with Michelle, it was warmth all the way, in part due to her own warm personality. Real Estate deals are very stressful when the parties are local, needless to say, when you are 650 miles away, the process can be unbearable!

I purchased a NC property from out of State and I can say that I was in very good hands with Michelle Gurrera and Marisa Pierce! My transaction had a bunch of twists and turns and everything was well documented and addressed quickly. My primary contact day to day was Marisa and I can't say enough about her.
